| Inclusion criteria |
| Age between 30 and 60 years |
| Body mass index < 30 kg/m2 |
| Stress urinary incontinence diagnosed by a urogynecologist |
| Leakage history or episode recorded more than once a week |
| Not addicted to drugs or alcohol |
| Successful completion of the medical screening questionnaire |
| Exclusion criteria |
| Not satisfying the inclusion criteria |
| Pregnant/planning to become pregnant |
| Abdominal or pelvic surgery within the last 6 months |
| Urinary tract infection |
| Psychiatric or neurological disease |
